There is a surprisingly vibrant and currently under served market for a range of foraged foods, particularly mushrooms and hedgerow fruit.

Provenance can assess the potential of farmed and other land for additional foraged produce. We can provide support in harvesting and marketing foraged foods; alternatively we handle the harvest and sales ourselves, returning a proportion of sales to the landowner.
