Our standard web services starter package costs £300 for 1 year and includes the following services:
- Domain name identification and registration
In consultation with you, we find and register an available and suitable domain name for your website.
eg If your business name is Balfour Organics, our first suggestion would be balfourorganics.co.uk – if this is unavailable, we suggest available alternatives such as balfour-organics.co.uk - Website implementation
We set up your website with up to 12 pages of content provided by you, offering you a choice of at least 6 designs to choose from. - Personal email addresses
We create up to 6 personal email addresses and offer you the choice of access: email can be forwarded to an existing address, accessed via webmail or through an email client (eg Outlook or Thunderbird).

We provide hosting for your website through our reputable server provider, bluehost.com. - Search engine optimisation and submission
We set up your website to automatically notify Google, Yahoo and other search engines of its content and any changes. We make sure the content and structure is optimised for search engines. Nobody can guarantee a high ranking in search listings, but we do everything we can to help. - Included extras
Also included are website statistics (showing you how many visitors your site has, which pages they visit and where they come from – eg searches for a particular keyword) and an online contact form (allowing visitors to fill in an online form that automatically sends you an email). - Giving you control
You have complete control over your website: we use Wordpress open-source software for content management, offering a user-friendly online interface allowing you to add, change or delete content freely, change your website design and much more. Documentation on Wordpress is available online but we provide you with easy-to-follow instructions for the most common tasks. We also provide clear instructions on the operation of all your web services. - Support
We ensure the technical operation of your web services as part of our standard package. While you have control over its content, we can also support you in maintaining your website: included in our standard package are 3 content support queries, allowing you to ask us to make any changes you require to your website or email addresses.
After the first year of service, our web services continuation package keeps your online services running and effective from just £60/year.
