We offer a wide range of consultancy and research services on food supply chains and sustainability issues.
Provenance’s three founding partners have many years experience providing research and consultancy services. We can supply clients with well written, clearly presented reports tailored to engage and influence a range of audiences – from policy makers and funders to potential customers and the media.
We’re more than happy to share our experience, expertise and contacts in the area of local / sustainable food and, whether for public, private or third sector, we can provide information and advice that will help shape your project or business. Our breadth of experience runs from creating SMART business scenarios and plans through assessing the impact of particular programmes and processes to academic research.
We’re able to carry out desk based research, organise and facilitate focus groups and workshops, create and deploy effective paper and on-line questionnaires, conduct structured and semi-structured interviews and engage in on-going, reflexive, action research.
We’re trained and practised in selecting the most appropriate qualitative and quantitate techniques – from simple descriptive statistics and interpretative appraisal through to inferential statistics and content analysis, and apply a rigourous, critical eye to all secondary data.
